Position Overview

Das Technologies is seeking skilled individuals for the following roles:

• UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-5 years of professional experience to craft intuitive, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements, customer needs, and user journeys, and will be responsible for creating visually compelling interfaces and seamless user experiences.

• Frontend Developer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Developer to join our team and help build responsive, high-performance web applications. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for creating dynamic user interfaces using modern frameworks like React. Your focus will be on delivering clean, efficient code, optimizing user experiences, and collaborating with backend developers to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.

UI/UX Designer Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Design: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to design user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functionally intuitive.

• User Research & Insights: Conduct thorough user research, analyze data, and generate insights that inform design decisions. Use tools such as heatmaps and journey mapping to visualize user behaviors and pain points.

• Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate user flows, site navigation, and visual hierarchy.

• Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms and products.

• User Flow Optimization: Map out and refine user flows to ensure that users can easily navigate through the product, maximizing engagement and satisfaction.

• Testing & Iteration: Participate in user testing, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to refine and improve designs. Use heatmaps and user journey analytics to validate design decisions

• Industry Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge and effective UI/UX design

Frontend Developer Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Develop and maintain highly interactive and responsive web applications using React, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design principles.

• State Management: Implement and manage state using tools like Redux or Context API, ensuring scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.

• Routing & Navigation: Design intuitive navigation flows using React Router or similar, ensuring users can easily interact with different parts of the application.

• Event Handling & Optimization: Handle frontend events efficiently and ensure smooth rendering and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

• API Integration: Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and optimize data fetching and rendering for better user experience.

• Component Reusability: Build modular and reusable components that align with design specifications and can be leveraged across multiple pages and projects.

• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional and polished web interfaces

Job Requirements:

• Education: Educational background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• UI/UX Designer experience level: 4 - 5 Years

• Frontend Developer experience level: 2 - 3 Years

UI/UX Designer Required Skills:

• Design Tools Expertise: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Responsive & Mobile Design: Solid experience with responsive, mobile-first design and understanding of user behavior across different devices.

• Interactive Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes that communicate design ideas and flows effectively.

• Data-Driven Design: Familiarity with tools like heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and journey mapping techniques to inform design decisions.

• Communication &Collaboration: Strong ability to articulate design ideas clearly, both verbally and visually, and to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, user flow design, and the ability to create visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces is required.

Frontend Developer Required Skills:

• React Expertise: Solid experience in React and its ecosystem, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and component-based architecture.

• Frontend Technologies: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaboration and code management.

• Responsive Design: Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.

• Routing & Navigation: Proficiency in React Router or similar tools for managing routes and navigation within single-page applications.

• API Integration: Experience in integrating and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring optimal performance in data fetching and rendering.

Frontend Developer Preferred Skills:

• UI/UX Collaboration: Familiarity with working alongside designers and turning wireframes and prototypes into functional user interfaces.

• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and minimizing re-rendering.

• Frontend Tools: Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite, and package managers like npm or Yarn
