Position Overview:

Das Technologies is seeking skilled developers for the following roles:

• Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on web and cloud development. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using React on the frontend and leveraging AWS serverless architecture on the backend. The role requires a hands-on approach to cloud services, frontend development, and modern development workflows, including store management, event handling, routing, and integration of APIs such as Google Maps.

• Backend Developer

We are looking for a dedicated Backend Developer with a strong focus on JavaScript and Node.js to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, building APIs, and managing databases that ensure the high performance and scalability of our applications. Python knowledge is a plus, but not required.

• Cloud Developer

We are seeking a talented AWS Cloud Developer with a focus on serverless architecture to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based solutions. In this role working on the integration and optimization of AWS services for web and mobile applications built on Flutter (mobile), React (web), and DynamoDB (database). You will be responsible for creating efficient cloud infrastructures that ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Build dynamic, responsive web applications using React, ensuring that components are reusable and optimized for performance across devices. Handle complex state management using tools like Redux or Context API.

• Frontend Architecture: Implement modern frontend architectures, including routing (React Router or similar), navigation flows, and event-driven interactions, to create seamless user experiences.

• Cloud-Based Development: Design and develop cloud-native, serverless solutions using AWS services, such as Lambda functions, API Gateway, S3, and Cognito, to build scalable backend services.

• Database Management: Work extensively with DynamoDB for NoSQL database management, optimizing queries and maintaining efficient data structures. Understand data modeling in a NoSQL environment.

• API Integration & Cloud Functions: Integrate third-party APIs like Google Maps API for location-based services, and utilize AWS Lambda functions to manage backend tasks efficiently without maintaining server infrastructure

• Continuous Integration & Deployment: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployment processes using tools like AWS CodePipeline or similar. Ensure continuous delivery of new features with minimal downtime.

• Collaboration & Code Quality: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance across the full stack.

• Problem Solving: Work independently to identify bottlenecks in performance and resolve issues related to both frontend and backend components.

Backend Developer Key Responsibilities:

• API Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js, ensuring smooth integration with frontend applications and optimal performance.

• Database Management: Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design efficient data models, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.

• Server-Side Logic: Implement and maintain robust server-side logic using Node.js, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.

• Authentication & Authorization: Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including token-based authentication (e.g., JWT) and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Event-Driven Architecture: Develop and manage event-driven processes using tools like Node.js event emitters or message queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ).

• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure the backend services are highly responsive, reliable, and scalable.

• Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests using tools such as Mocha, Jest, or Chai, and participate in debugging and troubleshooting to maintain high code quality.

• Collaboration & Code Reviews: Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend. Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.

Cloud Developer Key Responsibilities:

• Serverless Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3 to support highly scalable applications.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform, ensuring infrastructure is version-controlled, modular, and repeatable.

• Cloud Integration: Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to design cloud solutions that integrate seamlessly with Flutter (mobile) and React (web) applications, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.

• Cloud Monitoring & Security: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and security best practices using AWS CloudWatch, IAM, AWS Config, and other AWS tools to ensure secure and compliant cloud environments.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize AWS resources to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, using Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing, and other AWS optimization tools.

• Real-Time Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues in real-time, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted service for critical applications.

Job Requiremets:

• Education: Educational background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Full Stack Developer experience level: 2 - 3 Years

• Backend Developer experience level: 2 - 3 Years

• Cloud Developer experience level: 2 Years

Full Stack Developer Preferred Qualifications:

• GraphQL & API Design: Experience in designing and implementing GraphQL endpoints for efficient data fetching and complex queries.

• Security Best Practices: In-depth knowledge of AWS security best practices, including encryption, IAM management, and securing serverless applications.

• Cloud Monitoring: Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch, Sentry, or similar monitoring tools for alerting, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of cloud applications.

Cloud Developer Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification: AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is highly desirable.

• Advanced AWS Services: Experience with AWS services like SNS, SQS, Kinesis, and EventBridge for real-time event-driven applications.

• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and containerization, especially using AWS ECS or EKS.

• GraphQL & Serverless APIs: Experience working with GraphQL APIs and implementing serverless API patterns using AppSync or similar technologies.

Full Stack Developer Required Skills:

• Frontend Development: Strong expertise in React for building highly interactive web applications. Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API), routing, navigation, and event-driven architecture.

• Additional Frontend Frameworks: Experience with Angular or Vue.js is a plus, providing versatility in project requirements.

Backend Developer Required Skills:

• Node.js Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js for server-side development, building and maintaining APIs, and creating scalable backend solutions.

• JavaScript Expertise: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming, closures, promises, and other advanced concepts.

• Database Management: Proficiency in both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases, including query optimization and schema design.

• API Development: Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL (optional but preferred).
