We are seeking a seasoned AI and Machine Learning Developer with a focus on NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies to work on high-impact AI projects within a fast-growing tech team. This role will initially focus on building and deploying an AI-integrated chatbot, with a secondary project on implementing RAG technology in CRM data integration for LLM-based responses. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with extensive experience in machine learning, NLP, and LLM technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Deploy AI-Powered Chatbot and RAG System: Build an advanced AI chatbot that integrates with CRM systems to provide natural, human-like interactions. Implement natural language processing (NLP) models to process and generate responses, and leverage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques for seamless data retrieval and integration.

• Lead Conversational AI Development: Design, optimize, and maintain conversational AI frameworks using tools such as Rasa or Dialogflow, ensuring smooth conversational flows and multi-channel capabilities. Create API integrations with CRM databases to provide real-time, contextually accurate responses.

• Implement LLM-Driven Solutions: Use large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s GPT-4 to augment the chatbot’s conversational abilities. Customize and fine-tune LLMs with frameworks such as LangChain and Haystack, allowing for intelligent, data-driven responses that enhance user engagement.

• Data Retrieval and Embedding for Enhanced User Interaction: Develop a high-performance data retrieval system using Elasticsearch, Pinecone, or Faiss toquickly and accurately fetch information. Generate vector embeddings with tools like Sentence Transformers to optimize semantic search and improve relevance in responses.

• API Development and Integration: Build robust, scalable APIs using FastAPI or Flask to ensure smooth integration of the AI solutions with CRM systems and external databases. Manage data flow, storage, and retrieval efficiently to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to create user-centered designs and enhance the functionality of the AI-powered chatbot and RAG systems. Optimize system performance, user experience, and scalability for high-demand environments.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI model deployment.

• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML programming, with experience in JavaScript /Node.js for backend integration.

• Strong knowledge of NLP frameworks (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face) and conversational AI platforms (Rasa, Dialogflow).

• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).

• Proven experience in semantic search and vector embedding techniques.

• Ability to handle large datasets and knowledge of data retrieval systems (Elasticsearch, Pinecone).

• Familiarity with API development and integration using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Computer Vision and OCR: Familiarity with computer vision techniques for license plate and ID recognition, using tools like OpenCV, YOLO, Tesseract, and AWS Rekognition for future projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in RAG architecture and LLM integrations.

• Proficient in data preprocessing and augmentation for machine learning models.

• Knowledge of data annotation and data labeling tools (Labelbox, Supervisely) for supervised learning models.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly AI solutions.
