On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Showroom/Shop Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales while maintaining high standards in customer service and showroom presentation.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom/shop, providing detailed information about products and services.
Process sales transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
Keep the sales area organized and visually appealing.
Support inventory management, including restocking and product displays.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Job Requirement
Prior experience in invoicing and sales is required.
NB:
Female candidates are preferred, but not mandatory.
A guarantor is required for this position.
