We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales Supervisor to join our client’s team. In this essential role, you will oversee the sales team and help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise Sales Team: Lead and support a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their performance.
Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
Identify New Opportunities: Seek out and establish relationships with potential clients to broaden market presence.
Conduct Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Present Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
Track Sales Performance: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to monitor team performance against targets.
Collaborate with Marketing: Work alongside the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
