We’re seeking for a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The sales representative must be both personable and professional.

 Duties & Responsibilities

1.Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our products meet the needs of customers.

2.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our detergent products.

3. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

4. Stay informed about industry trends, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

5. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

6.Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

7. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.

8. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.

 Requirements

1. Age: Under 30 years old

2.Gender – Male

3.Work Location – Addis Abeba

4.Familiar with routes and directions in Addis Ababa.

5.Excellent communication, fluent in English and Amharic including listening, speaking and writing, and be able to accurately translate one language into another.(MANDATORY)

6.College degree or above in marketing, management  and other related fields

7. 1 year and above work experience in the fast selling industry.(prefferable)
