Essential Functions:
Job Position: Senior Human Resource Officer
Purpose of the Job: To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.
Generic Functions:
Participates in HR planning and various HR study and design activities
Participate in the HR policy revision and or development
Participate in the human resource development needs analysis
Participates in various HR studies
Preform other duties as required
Specific Functions:
Handles payments (Internal & External), benefits, and various requests of employees;
Facilitate and process promotion, transfer, and external recruitment;
Arrange various human resource development programs and
Conduct post-training evaluation
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as an HR officer.
