Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our upcoming road project. This role is essential to successful planning execution and completion of road infrastructure developments, ensuring they meet quality, time and budget objectives.
Project Manager - Frew Bekele General Contractor and Water Works Contractor
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of Road project including setting milestones, timelines and Budget allocation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project updates, timelines, and any changes in scope.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BSc. Degree and above in Civil Engineering/Construction Management Other related field of studies
Above 10 Years general experience of construction.
Proven 7 years experience, as a Project Manager in Road construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies specific to Road projects.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting purposes.
Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferably can speak and write Afaan Oromoo
