Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with expertise in network systems, network security, data center facilities, and power solutions. This role requires a strong technical background combined with the ability to collaborate with presales teams and work on innovative projects. There is an opportunity for internal promotion to a management role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Collaborate with presales teams to support the bidding process and develop technical proposals.

• Ensure network systems adhere to industry best practices and meet security standards.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale IT and power technology projects.

• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth within the team.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for network operations.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with in-depth knowledge of network systems and network security.

• Experience working with data center facilities and power technologies is a plus.

• Strong presales experience, including bid response and proposal development.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a strong advantage.

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with leadership potential.
