Duties and Responsibilities: - Define and implement an enterprise-wide technology vision, integrating digital lending, Insurtech, mobile financial platforms, and automation. - Ensure innovation is embedded in the organization’s culture and that technology solutions align with business growth goals. - Mobile/digital wallets and money platforms.

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a leadership position in core banking or financial services. Duties and Responsibilities: - Define and execute the roadmap for core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube), ensuring stability, scalability, and high availability. - Drive modernization and upgrades of legacy systems to support real-time processing, digital banking, and evolving customer needs. - Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise banking applications, including onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and sunsetting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3+ years specifically managing core banking systems. Duties and Responsibilities: - Administer, monitor, and support the bank’s core banking platform (e.g., Temenos, Flexcube, Finacle). - Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all core banking services. - Coordinate daily operations, including end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-month (EOM) processing - Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the core banking application.

MSc or BSc Degree in Information Science, Computer Sciences, Data Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in managerial position.
