Diploma in Accounting, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing inventory by receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of goods. - Organizing and maintaining the store or warehouse in a neat, clean, and safe condition, following government regulations and company guidelines - Inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage, reporting damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement - Keeping detailed records of stock transactions, including sales, receipts, and withdrawals, and maintaining automated inventory databases when applicable.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or vendor management. Duties & Responsibilites: - Coordinate supply chain operations from procurement to delivery. - Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams (Bid, Management, Marketing). - Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, acting as the primary contact. - Identify, onboard, and manage new vendors, focusing on competitive pricing and quality. - Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance. - Manage procurement projects and optimize the supply chain. Required Skills - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Experience with supply chain/ERP software is a plus. - Understanding of Ethiopian regulations and international trade.

TVET Level 4 or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

TVET Level IV/III in Purchasing and Supply management, Accounting, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Expereince: 2 years for Level IV and 4 years for Level III

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Experience: 4 years for Bachelor's and 6 years for a Diploma. Required Skills: - Knowledge of ERP usage - Adequate computer skills - Experience in modern asset management - Experience in data entry and document management - Experience in a car import company is preferred
