Job Description
Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.
Job Requirement
Education: Diploma/BA Degree in Hotel Management, Foreign Language (English) or related fields
Experience: Four/two years proven & relevant post qualification experience.
Knowledge & Skill:
Excellent communication skill and personality.
Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.
Excellent Customer handling skill.
Excellent computer skill.
