Job Description
Senior – IT Quality Assurance & Change Management Officers establish and operate an ICT quality approach through quality management systems, in compliance with internal and external standards and the organisation's culture. They ensure that the management controls are correctly implemented to safeguard asset, data integrity and operations. They focus on the achievement of quality goals, including the maintenance of the external certification according to quality standards and monitor statistics to forecast quality outcomes.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience : BSC Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering & Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT, software development, quality inspection, auditing and testing & project management in banking areas.
Masters in IT related field (added advantage).
Professional certificates in Project Management areas, in quality assurance areas including quality auditor, quality engineer, quality improvement and Associate & Six Sigma (an added advantage).
