The jobholder is responsible to manage, organize, co-ordinate, and control branch activities. S/he manages the customer service function at the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels. S/he also ensures that transactions are cost effective and profitable to the Bank.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications and Experience : BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of five (5) years’ experience with at least 3 years at branch operation.
