On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
