Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

• Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.

• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requests.

• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and recommend necessary adjustments.

• Mentor and support junior accounting staff, fostering professional growth and development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership potential.

• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
