Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Sociology, Gender Studies, Social and Behavioural Science, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure that gender, safeguarding, and social inclusion are well integrated and mainstreamed across all aspects of the project, including design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, staffing, training, and partnership strategies. - Provide guidance on technical approaches and innovations to enhance impact on women-led businesses, women in leadership, and women’s participation in decision-making at all levels. - Provide technical input to ensure project performance indicators reflect progress on gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, and inclusive outcomes
