BA Degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Gender, Social Sciences, Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years of professional experience in GBV. Duties and and Responsibilities: - Provide continuous supervision, guidance, and technical support to the FGM/GBV staff, ensuring that the program aligns with established best practices & prioritizes the safety of both beneficiaries and staff.  - Manage all FGM/GBV staff and consultants, including recruitment, training, development of annual work plans, and mid-term and annual performance reviews.  - Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the team to review the plans, progress and challenges
