We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lubricant and spare parts sales, excellent communication skills in English, and preferably knowledge of the Oromic language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in lubricants and spare parts.

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in lubricant and spare parts sales (6 months to 3 years).

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) (is a must)

• Proficiency in the Oromic language is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

• Results-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
