Job Summary
The ICT manager is responsible for plan, organizing, leading, implementing, and monitoring all ICT or automation requirements (like ERP), SAP, infrastructure requirements, end-user support for the company, and execution of policy procedures ensuring compliance with local and national laws and regulations while communicating with internal as well as external stakeholder
Job Requirements
Education
First or second degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or in other related disciplines.
Working Experience
6/4 years of relevant working experience in pertinent positions in Manufacturing Sectors.
Special TrainingNot mandatory; But CISCO certified is preferable.
Behavioral and Technical CompetenciesGood knowledge of people management
Communication and leadership skills
Teamwork and skill in coaching of people
Advanced know-how of software/programming language
SISCO certified is desirable, although it is not mandatory.
Possesses solid mathematics skills
The one who pays attention to details
Self-motivated to help and support others
High-level problem-solving skills
Willing and capable of bringing meaningful changes
Ethical person.
Salary: negotiable based on experience.
