On behalf of our client, Jupiter International Hotel, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Assistant Marketing Manager, Addis Ababa
• Follow and supervise the day-to-day activities and periodic performance of marketing reps and graphic designer
• Assist the coordination of hotel sales and marketing functions.
• Oversee the hotel marketing function to identify and develop new customers for the hotel products and services.
• Participate in the development of new project proposals.
• To identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation, and the completion of a full sales/marketing survey.
• To research prospective client details, finding out as much as possible about the company to ensure a professional approach.
• Assist the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
• Responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring overall quality of group and individual catering/accommodations sales efforts in a friendly and professional manner.
• BA Degree or above in Marketing or related field of studies.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a service industry.
• Commitment to professional and company core values.
• Able to communicate commendably.
• Fluency in the English language
• Capability to develop/coach the team effectively.
• Proven skill in guest engagement.
