Diploma or Professional Certification in Electrical, General Mechanic/Industrial Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas. - Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and upholstery elements within rooms and public spaces. - Address guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption. - Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to identify and rectify maintenance issues. - Maintain cleanliness and order in maintenance work areas and adhere to safety protocols. - Replace light fixtures, repair grout and caulking, and touch up paint or furniture as needed. - Manage maintenance inventory and requisition parts and room supplies.

Educational Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polytechnic Electrician Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Workplace: Field work across Ethiopia Duties & Responsibilities: - Install, test, and maintain telecom systems (cabling, routers, switches, etc.). - Set up voice and data networks in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. - Run and terminate structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic).

Diploma in Industrial Electricity or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years experience in the same position.
