An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company - Ethiopia for the role of Workshop Controller at Sebeta Plant.

The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager-Utility and is responsible for ensuring that the workshop delivers support to the manufacturing operation in regards to manufactured spares, component repairs, supporting labor on maintenance/shutdown activities, project support, welding services, centralized lubrication store and also the refurbishment of rotatable spares,
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage workshop environment.
Provide engineering expertise & resources for part refurbishment.
Support Maintenance & shutdown activities.
Ensure safety
People Leadership
Support project and improvement activities
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
