Position: Manager, Marketing & BDS Division

Job Requirements

• BA/MBA/MA in Marketing Management. Economics or related fields of studies.

• 8/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in a managerial position

REQUIRED NUMBER: One

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for planning, developing & managing the overall marketing operation

• Manage employees & ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience to existing & new customers

• Possess an understanding of the business, the products & services

• Usualself-updating in industry developments, technological advancement, and best practices in marketing management

• Regularly evaluate staff performance & effectiveness

• Responsible for identifying & resolving issues, problems & concerns with employees & clients

• Monitoring & evaluating sales agent performance, providing coaching & training to improve efficiency

• Ensuring that staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed

• Creating & maintaining a positive work environment that supports a high-performance culture

• Utilizing company resources efficiently & avoid unnecessary wastage

• Ensuring compliance with Company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements

• Preparing & presenting regular performance reports to the department

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED

Candidates with the following knowledge & skills are invited:

• A deep understanding of insurance products, regulations, and policies

• Ability to develop a Marketing strategy

• Ability to clearly communicate with policyholders and insurance comments

• Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop creative or logical solutions

• Ability to conduct marketing research and feasibility study

• Experience in developing a promotional strategy

• Experience in digital marketing & graphics design

• The ability to provide mentorship and strong leadership

• Interpersonal skills: The ability to work well with others

• The ability to set sales targets

• Experience in organizing various events

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• High coordination skills & proactive personality

• Ability to maintain, and improve standards and performance through the implementation of good practice
