Job Description
The Human Resources Development team leader is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing human resource development and training programs to enhance the skills, performance, and growth of employees. This role ensures that the workforce is well-equipped to meet the organization's current and future goals, aligning training programs with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Auditing and assessing learning and development needs
Developing training plans
Managing the organization’s learning systems
Implementing training plans
Collecting feedback
Ensuring certifications are logged and captured in the HRIS
Monitoring organizational performance improvements
Managing internal and external trainers
Reporting to management
Managing the training budget
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field or A Master's degree from a well-known University with a CGPA >2.5
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in HR development, employee training, or organizational development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
