Job Requirement
Educational Qualification
B/ BA in Project Management, management, Development Studies or relevant social field;
Postgraduate Degree in the Relevant Field;
A Project management/management qualification will be a distinct advantage.
Professional Experience
General Professional experience
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience for undergraduate degree holders, 6 years for master’s degree holders, and
3 years for PhD degree holders.
Specific professional experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager,or
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, or
A Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project officer or project expert is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Experience in managing donor funded projects would be an advantage;
Experience in EU funded grants would be an advantage;
Experience in (prosecutor, judicial, police human rights etc)will be a distinct advantage.
