Job Requirement

Educational Qualification

• B/ BA in Project Management, management, Development Studies or relevant social field;

• Postgraduate Degree in the Relevant Field;

• A Project management/management qualification will be a distinct advantage.

Professional Experience

General Professional experience

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience for undergraduate degree holders, 6 years for master’s degree holders, and

3 years for PhD degree holders.

Specific professional experience

• A  minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager,or

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, or

• A Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project officer or project expert is a mandatory requirement for this position.

• Experience in managing donor funded projects would be an advantage;

• Experience in EU funded grants would be an advantage;

• Experience in (prosecutor, judicial, police human rights etc)will be a distinct advantage.
