Job Requirement

  • Qualification : MA/MBA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing  Management, Management and Business Administration or related field of study

  • Experience: Ten (10) years overall experience with over three (3) years in related Managerial position

  • Age: Below 40 years

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven interpersonal communication skill and Leadership skills .

  • Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English both spoken & written.

  • Executive disposition, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.

  • Ability to develop long term integrated and cross functional operational plans.

  • Ability to operationalize strategy into action for the Function.

  • Ability to sell the vision, Business / Financial Acumen, Business Savvy & Innovative.

  • Operational Management skills
