Qualification : MA/MBA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, Management and Business Administration or related field of study
Experience: Ten (10) years overall experience with over three (3) years in related Managerial position
Age: Below 40 years
Skills and Attributes
Proven interpersonal communication skill and Leadership skills .
Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English both spoken & written.
Executive disposition, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
Ability to develop long term integrated and cross functional operational plans.
Ability to operationalize strategy into action for the Function.
Ability to sell the vision, Business / Financial Acumen, Business Savvy & Innovative.
