Job Requirements:

• BSC in Civil Engineering or Architecture field of study with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, out of which 4 years in Housing/related projects.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Leading the Construction Management aspects and coordinating between the team members.

• Coordinating with the Contractor(s) and Supervision Consultant on issues related to policy, time/cost/quality control, HSE, and contractual issues.

• Analyzing and investigating early major potential problems that may face the Project so solutions

• can be found as soon as possible.

• Overseeing the works and the issuance of certificates and notifications by the contract conditions.

• Conducting the periodical progress meetings.

• Ensuring that the Project’s environmental, safety, and quality programs are enforced.

• Overseeing Project Closeout.

LANGUAGE

• Knowledge of the ET working language English is mandatory.
