Job Description
The Project Sales Officer will be responsible for driving departmental progress, developing targeted sales strategies, and engaging with various companies and institutions to acquire new projects. This position is well-suited for a proactive sales professional with experience in real estate who thrives on achieving results and supporting a dynamic sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive team success.
Conduct competitor analysis every 3-6 months to refine sales approaches.
Build relationships and engage with potential clients, including interior design firms, construction companies, real estate developers, and government and non-government institutions.
Acquire new projects, offering flexible payment options (cash or credit) to attract a variety of clients.
Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, setting the company apart in the market.
Support the sales team by assisting in deal closures and maintaining strong client relations.
Train and guide new project sales executives to enhance team performance and ensure high standards in client service.
Job Requirements:
Education: Educational background in a related field of study
Experience: 1 - 2 years of working experience
