A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant working experience in market research or a similar role is an advantage. Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct market surveys to collect data on consumer preferences, market demand, and competitor activities. - Analyze survey results and compile detailed reports for management. - Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and emerging market opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align findings with company goals.
Minaye PLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Market Surveying Officer to gather, analyze, and report market data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market surveys to collect data on consumer preferences, market demand, and competitor activities.
Analyze survey results and compile detailed reports for management.
Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align findings with company goals.
Identify potential areas for business growth and recommend strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of working experience in market research or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in data collection tools and software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with survey tools and statistical analysis software.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
