Duties & Responsibilities:

• As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks.

• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.

• Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.

Performance Management

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance.

Compliance and Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Training and Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.

• Support career development initiatives to help employees achieve their goals.

HR Data Management

• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related databases.

• Generate reports to support decision-making and HR strategy

Job Requirement

• Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• A Bachelor’s and or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist role.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
