Job Description
Role purpose
The role holder will work closely with the leadership team to develop and understand medium/ long-term corporate strategy as well as corporate mission statement/measures of success/specified and implied tasks of each business line, and new business development.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
Plan & develop medium/ long-term corporate strategy
Plan, manage and track corporate mission statement/measures of success/specified and implied tasks of each business line
Plan & manage corporate strategic KPIs including annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting and tracking of these KPIs
Gather & analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans, and help drive and translate recommendations into results
Analyze new business opportunities and develop new business and strategic partnerships to achieve corporate goal
Analyze business and financial data for potential business expansion or M&A opportunities
Provide macro-economic analysis
Provide market intelligence and business intelligence.
Job Requirement
5 – 10+ years of work experience in management consulting and in-house strategy, and/or commercial strategy & operations.
Basic knowledge of financing/accounting of the enterprise.
Experience in building financial and business models, revenue models; conducting sensitivity analysis on new products/services developed by MS Excel.
Experience in development of mission, strategy, tracking of their performance, consideration of measure of improvement and such execution.
Experience in new business development and strategic partnership to achieve our goal
Experience in developing and testing frameworks, hypothesis and analysis to aid in business decision making
Exhibit sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills and a proven track record of taking ownership and influencing result
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
Strong ability to speak/write/read/listen in English.
Desired
Some exposure to Data analytics tools/ platforms will be advantageous.
Understanding telecom and IT business from a technological and commercial perspective
