Job Description
GeezJobs Recruitment Department, on behalf of our client, is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented storekeeper to oversee inventory and ensure efficient store operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Accounting with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in inventory management or storekeeping.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the system.
Organize and store items systematically to maximize space and accessibility.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to avoid shortages.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the store area.
Prepare and submit inventory-related reports to the management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
0–2 years of relevant work experience (experience in storekeeping is preferred).
Strong numerical and analytical skills for inventory tracking.
Basic knowledge of inventory management software is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
