Job Description
On behalf of our client, a leading plastic manufacturing company, is seeking a Finance and Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and supporting administrative tasks.
Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.
Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Liaise with external partners, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and administration.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Utilize software tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
