Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Identify training needs through analysis of performance data, surveys, or other methods.

• Develop instructional materials and delivery methods such as manuals, webinars, or workshops.

• Train employees on new processes, products, or software applications.

• Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Management and other related fields

• 6 years relevant experience
