We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Promoting and selling our products/services,

• Identifying potential customers, and

• Driving revenue growth.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Identify and engage prospective customers through networking, cold calls, and referrals.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.

• Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market feedback.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.

• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions promptly.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Amharic (any other local language is an advantage)

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.

Competitive salary plus commission.
