ZTE Ethiopia is a leading telecommunications company committed to innovation and excellence. Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced "Phone sales Supervisor", to join our sales team.
The phone Sales Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the phone sales process, driving sales growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Achieve sales goals and revenue objectives for open-market retail shops.
Supervise daily activities of the sales representatives and sales promoters in assigned working areas, including attendance (late arrivals, early departures), dressing code, and performance, monitoring everything to ensure corrections are made as needed.
Responsible for selling products, establishing and maintaining good relationships with outlet owners, and collecting sales information promptly.
Responsible for the key outlets in your area, providing training for sales representatives and sales promoters.
Execute marketing programs to support outlets, actively implement promotional activities, and organize promotions; follow up on the execution of marketing programs and summarize sales results.
Assist retail managers in developing new key outlets within your area of responsibility and monitor and manage these new key outlets.
Maintain the outlet image by ensuring proper display/POSM usage and promoter service and assist the representatives under your supervision.
Ensure retail sales targets are achieved.
Ensure the completion of store placement according to monthly and annual plans from the department.
Responsible for collecting open market prices and conducting competitor analysis to support the pricing system within retail channels.
Assist retail Manager in developing retail incentives and oversee their implementation.
Manage retail channel promotions and assist with terminal image building.
Collect, compile, and analyze retail orders, market information, customer information, product details, and other relevant data.
Responsible for evaluating outlet owners' performance, shop image, and BTL implementation.
Complete other temporary tasks and related duties as assigned by management.
BA degree or above education
At least 2+ years of staff management, preferably in a marketing and selling environment
Microsoft Office software and data analysis skills.
Knowledge about the mobile phone industry and technology.
Good understanding of the market and the context of the industry.
At least 2 and above years of work experience in Marketing and sales.
Strong execution, responsiveness, good communication, and passion for sales work.
Conform to the company's related regulations.
Adapt to the working environment and be able to work under pressure
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the company standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Having a good sense of selling and serving.
Tech Savy
High persuasive skills & ability to take initiative.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Excellent staff training and motivation skills (Delivering training and motivating subordinates)
Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills
