Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the overall effectiveness of the company.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communications.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
Support the team with day-to-day operations and project coordination.
Greet visitors and clients, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
Skills and Experience:
Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
