Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive & Marketing Assistant with excellent English communication skills to join our team at GeezJobs. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, support marketing initiatives, and help drive the growth of our platform by building strong relationships with clients and executing impactful marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Prepare and present reports on account performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

• Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.

  • Develop content and promotional materials in line with the company’s branding and messaging.

• Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to pitch services to potential clients and close deals.

• Administrative Support:

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, contracts, and marketing initiatives.

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 Months to 3 years in a similar role

• Proven experience in client relationship management is highly preferable

Skills:

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, or equivalent).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of Software and Online Activities
