Job Description
Job Purpose
To ensure that all products manufactured by the company meet or exceed quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Perform on-site inspections of products at all stages of production to ensure the highest possible quality standards,
Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions,
Create and present recommendations to streamline production processes in ways that heighten quality standards,
Inspects raw materials, finished goods, and in-process products to ensure compliance with quality standards,
Develops and implements quality control procedures,
Investigates and resolves quality problems,
Maintains quality records and reports,
Compiles and analyzes quality data,
Recommends improvements to quality control processes,
Trains other employees on quality control procedures
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Skills
BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Related fields of studies.
Experience
3 years for BSc
1 years for MSc
