Job Description
Job Requirement
Qualification: BSC degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Communication / MIS from a recognized University (or equivalent experience).
Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of experience. At least 3 years in a service management role, preferably within the ATM or electronics repair industry
Required Skill
Strong technical Knowledge of ATMs with vendor certification.
Proven experience in managing a team of technicians or engineers.
Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
ITIL knowledge is a bonus.
