Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished interior doors against set standards.

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.

• Perform measurements and testing for dimensions, durability, and finish consistency.

• Identify defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues proactively.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.

• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and other quality assurance activities.

• Conduct training sessions to improve quality awareness among staff.

• Make sure that the doors meet standard requirement After door have been installed at customers site ,

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Wood Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 0 - 3 years of Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the interior door or furniture manufacturing sector.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and finishing techniques used in door manufacturing.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.

• Proficient in using quality inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gauges).

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
