Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the ERP project, ensuring alignment between the implementation partner and the internal teams
Collaborate with internal teams and the ERP implementation partner to drive progress across project phases.
Oversee project milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, including the leadership team, department heads, and implementation partner.
Establish clear project documentation, including status updates, issue logs, and decision registers.
Ensure project adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
Provide training, guidance, and support to the internal team as needed.
Job Requirements
Proven experience managing ERP and/or IT implementation projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar).
Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing, inventory, and finance is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Amharic
