Job Description
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Develop and implement clear and consistent brand campaigns and year-round marketing campaigns which aligns with the company’s goals, vision, and market needs.
Oversee the execution of brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies that resonate with target consumers.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine brand strategies.
Creative:
Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring that all materials reflect the brand’s values and resonate with consumes with a strong focus on Tiktok and in-store activities.
Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and production teams to deliver high-quality, innovative brand content across all channels (TV, digital, print, social media, etc.).
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and digital presence.
Project Management:
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Design) to implement marketing initiatives and new product launches seamlessly.
Track project progress, budget, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders involved in brand activities.
Consumer & Market Insights:
Gather and analyze consumer insights and market data to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand evolving consumer preferences, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
Leverage insights to optimize brand performance and create campaigns that speak directly to the target audience.
