Job Description
Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for tenants and visitors.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, both scheduled and emergency.
Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Develop and implement building policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, tenant communications, and financial transactions.
Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and coordinate inspections and repairs as needed.
Collaborate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Assist in budgeting and financial management for building operations, including tracking expenses and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.10. Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in building management or facilities administration.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in property management software and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
