Job Description
The Content Creator at Dodai is responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and driving lead generation through digital and traditional initiatives. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and distributing content across various platforms, as well as collaborating with internal and external teams to align with marketing goals.
Content Creation:
Conceptualize and develop high-quality content, including social media posts, and videos targeting the demographic for our products.
Coordinate and implement projects with 3rd party content creators and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Write clear, engaging copy for multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with Dodai’s brand voice and messaging.
Lead Generation:
Take ownership of creating and implementing content strategies that generate leads to meet monthly sales targets for Dodai’s products.
Suggest and implement digital and traditional campaigns to boost lead generation.
Continuously analyze content effectiveness and refine strategies to optimize lead conversion rates.
Content Calendar:
Plan, manage, and update the content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals.
Content Distribution and optimization:
Share content on various platforms, including all social media platforms, and the company website.
Monitor content performance and make adjustments as needed
Collaboration
Collaborate with the design and brand teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to develop innovative content ideas.
Tracking and reporting:
Track and report results of all digital and traditional campaigns on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Suggest data-driven initiatives based on data collected.
Prepare detailed reports to inform the marketing team and leadership on the impact of content initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, videos, graphics, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar.
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, or other content design tools.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to written and visual content.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Experience with video editing software or apps (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or mobile alternatives).
Creativity & Communication:
Strong creative writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and tone.
Ability to produce content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand voice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze content performance through analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and optimize content accordingly.
Data-driven approach to improving content engagement and reach.
