Job Description
Is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of digital banking services. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through online platforms, ensuring the effective delivery of digital financial solutions, and promoting the bank’s digital initiatives.
Reports to:Digital Banking Manager
Job Requirement
Education and Work Experience:
Education: MSC/BSC Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 4/6 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in digital marketing and skill. Experience in digital banking, customer service, or financial services preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms and technologies.
