Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in the day-to-day operations and management of executive responsibilities. The position requires a highly organized and proactive individual capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism
Support the CEO in various projects by conducting research, analyzing data and providing insights,
Coordinates with other executives and departments to facilitate project execution
Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners and board members on behalf of the CEO,
Draft, edit and proofread documents, presentations and reports on behalf of the CEO,
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Education and Work Experience:
Education: MA/BA in business administration, management or related Field.
Personal Attributes:-
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills
Priority is given to Women applicants
