Job Description
Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital banking strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of digital banking specialists to drive project execution and achieve departmental goals.
Product Management: Oversee the development, launch, and performance of digital banking products, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of digital banking solutions.
Reports to: CEO
Job Requirement
Education and Work Experience:
Education: MSC/BSC Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 6/8 years of relevant experience out of which 3 years in supervisory position
Proven experience in digital banking, financial services, or a related area, preferably in a financial institution.
Strong understanding of digital banking technologies and trends.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
