Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities of the Documentation Staff but not limited are as follows:
Keeping Track of inventory levels
Making sure every product is stocked
Planning Purchase’s
Maintaining store cleanness
Staying in touch with suppliers to keep product stock from running out.
Monitor Inventory levels and order new items
Maintain store staff by recruiting, Selecting, Orienting and Training employees.
Ensure to maintain the area cleaning and usage record on daily basis
Off and clean the equipment for machine at the end of each day of work
Check the environmental and maintain daily report of room temperature and relative humidity
Ensure the work station is always clean and organized during operation
Report any problem on the machine immediately inform to supervisor
Keep updated log book related to daily activities.
Performs such other duties and responsibilities of a person. when the need arises and assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager
