Job Description
Responsibilities
To ensure that gowning and entry / exit procedure are followed.
To give line clearance for sampling, dispensing, manufacturing and packing process.
To carry out in process checks for sampling, dispensing, manufacturing and packing process.
To verify the batch manufacturing and batch packing records for its completeness.
To review of master BMR/BPR.
To carry out monthly calibration of IPQA instrument in the entire facility.
To prepared store and retrieve documents related to Standard Operating Procedures documents.
To maintain the control samples (Retention Samples) of finished product.
To carry out sampling of intermediate and finish product.
To check, correct and maintain the artwork document.
To maintain regulatory records and fulfilling legal requirements
To review of master BMR/BPR (Blank and filled).
To report daily to the superior to appraise about activities carried out, any deficiencies observed and appropriate corrective action taken or to be taken.
Preparation of Product Quality Review.
Preparation of Process Validation Protocol and report and execution of Process validation Activity.
Conduction of Training Program.
